International Shipping

JD is shipping covering North America. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. We offer as several shipping methods including FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, and EMS. Before shipping your order, normally we need 3-7 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.

FedEx: It will take about 3-10 Working Days delivery to you.
USPS: It will take about 3-10 Working Days delivery to you.
DHL: It will take about 3-5 Working Days delivery to you.
UPS: It will take about 3-7 Working Days delivery to you.
EMS: It will take about 10-15 Working Days delivery to you.
DHL: It will take about 5-8 Working Days delivery to you.

*For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to most place in the world (except non-shipping countries). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Taxes & Duties

Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

Shipping Time

Orders will be shipped out within 3-7 business days, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. 
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message, and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered our goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there, and you will be presented with the tracking information.

Shipping Damage

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product are necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 48 hours.

Package Returned

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country. Please check the delivery in time, if the package arrives locally, you can get in touch with the post office.
